Terms and Conditions

UPS is our standard shipping method in the USA and Canada. United States Postal Service is our standard shipping method for all countries outside the USA and Canada. All orders may be invoiced for additional shipping charges if necessary. Your order will be processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in Norfolk, Virginia.  Please allow up to two weeks processing time in addition to number of shipping days as determined by your choice of shipping method (e.g. 2 to 7 days for UPS Ground). For UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air, NILD will strive to turn around the order within two business days but no guarantee. If you have a specific delivery deadline you need to meet, please contact NILD at info@nild.org or by phone at 757-423-8646 for a more specific timeline. For shipments outside the USA please allow up to six weeks delivery.

Shipping Cost is non-refundable for unclaimed, undeliverable or returned packages, unless we made a mistake. NILD is not responsible for replacement of materials shipped to countries outside the USA if the United States Postal Service does not provide insurance coverage. Signature Requirements may be necessary for delivery to an Apartment, Unit or condominium. An Adult signature is required for delivery.

Please Note: It is the responsibility of the person placing the order to provide us a correct address, if given an incorrect address (no apartment number or unit number) by purchaser and product is not returned back to seller, the purchaser will be responsible for the loss of the product plus shipping and handling cost.

Holiday Ordering: - We highly suggest that you place your order at least five weeks before any major holiday to allow enough time for delivery.
