Description

Join us for an informative and practical introduction to the intricacies of language.  We will break down the words we say into the five areas of language: phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, and pragmatics. Participants will learn how to define each area, discuss examples of how they present in children, consider disorders across the areas of language, and differentiate between expressive and receptive language skills.
